After graduating high school, Rob was assigned to the Operations Department, learning dispatching from the team headed by his father, Roy. After serving in the Army and meeting his wife, Dagmar, Rob became involved with sales and marketing. Rob and Dagmar also spend great deal of time telling Marcat and Rollcat, their two recent feline additions to the household, to stop pushing things off of windowsills. Nicole WherleySanderson handles all COD moves and assists in billing matters. Nicole, Mike and Pattis daughter, began working for their grandfather, learning inventory and warehousing control.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys learning about the Civil War and visiting areas related to Gettysburg in general, and Picketts Charge in particular. She also acts as the Origin Agent Representative for Atlas Agents who require assistance with moves taking place in our area.

His primary duties are handling International Sales and Office Relocations. He was later assigned to the Accounting Department, learning rating and billing procedures. She also continues as an instructor for new packers, and handles many Human Resources and Payroll duties.
