History On 2, the Board of County Commissioners decided to reexamine the Hillsborough County Truck Route Plan to allow more time for additional technical analysis and community meetings.

Truck Route Plan Technical Committee was formed which includes representatives from various governmental agencies such as the Sheriffs Office, City of Tampa, and the Environmental Protection Commission, as well as representatives from the various Hillsborough County departments.
